With his engineering and development background Brian works hand in hand with our development and construction managers to resolve issues on ongoing developments. Brian has worked in the local Atlanta real estate market for over 12 years having represented many construction lenders, developers and builders on a broad range of projects including single family and multi-family subdivisions, suburban retail and mixed use centers, high rise condominiums, office buildings and various other types of projects. In addition to his development and construction experience, Brian is a trained building and site inspector having completed over 50 Property Condition Assessments of properties and facilities for owners, developers and mortgage lenders. Brian has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. He manages projects from due diligence through rezoning, contractor selection and management, creation and adherence to budgets, and product delivery. Jason has experience in assembling and developing residential and retail projects in metro-Atlanta including gated single-family home communities and suburban retail shopping centers. He managed the planning and re-development of underutilized commercial properties at a regional oil company and directed the planning, construction, and budgeting for the expansion of an oil terminal and pipeline facility. Jason is an Atlanta native and graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
